Workflow Leak Scorecard terms and privacy notice

This page states the product boundary in plain language and is not a substitute for legal advice.

What you receive

The $49 purchase unlocks one deterministic report based on a separate paid assessment: 24 observable-control answers, per-stage event volume, failure or rework rate, recovery time, measurement basis, and buyer-reported evidence availability. The report includes six control scores, a stage-by-stage calculation trace, input confidence, a modeled recovery-cost sensitivity range, three priority leaks, a 30-day repair sequence, automation boundaries, assumptions, and limitations. It includes a $49 credit toward a Workflow Blueprint purchased within 30 days.

How the estimate is calculated

Each control is scored No, Partial, or Yes and converted to 0, 50, or 100. Each stage is the equal average of four controls. The modeled monthly base is events per week × failure rate × recovery minutes ÷ 60 × buyer-supplied team-hour value × 4.33. Input confidence determines the sensitivity band around that base. Unknown stages remain unmodeled rather than receiving invented values.

What you must not submit

Do not provide client files, credentials, payment or financial records, medical information, employment or HR records, government identifiers, biometric data, or information about minors. The tool supports low-risk business-process answers only and does not accept supporting-document uploads.

Limitations

All controls, measurements, and evidence availability are supplied by the buyer. DevCanDoIt does not independently inspect systems, interview personnel, or review supporting artifacts in this self-service product. The score and modeled range are not financial advice, verified losses, guaranteed savings, a performance guarantee, or an implementation commitment.

Refund process

If a verified purchase cannot be delivered because the fulfillment system fails, Relaydesk records a refund request for the full collected order amount. Gumroad refunds require a human account operator in the Gumroad dashboard because Gumroad does not provide a supported refund API. Change-of-mind or results-based guarantees are not offered unless required by law.

Privacy

The browser calculates the free score from six structured self-ratings. To support a purchase round-trip, the structured draft is stored on the buyer's device for up to 30 days and can be cleared with the Start over control. The Gumroad license may arrive in a URL fragment; the page reads it locally and removes it from the visible address. Paid delivery sends the detailed structured assessment and license key to the server only when the buyer requests generation. The server verifies the exact Gumroad product and creates the deterministic report. Relaydesk stores a one-way buyer-email hash, transaction reference, structured answers, report evidence, and accounting allocation; it does not store the buyer email or license key. No client files or credentials are accepted.

Ownership

The buyer owns their answers and delivered report. DevCanDoIt retains the scorecard rules, templates, schemas, and generic methods. A report purchase does not transfer implementation code or create a consulting engagement.

Review the boundary, then use only non-sensitive business-process answers.
